I specialize in Process Optimization, Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence - from strategy to execution. My focus is simple: creating real value for organizations.
Over more than 17 years I have worked in technology, manufacturing and smart cities, across dozens of successful consulting projects. I coordinated UNICEF's Digital Transformation strategy, worked with several global industrial organizations, and taught at the University of Porto.
In 2025 I co-founded Mourinho Solutions. By giving my family name to the company, I put my personal reputation on the line in every project - always to the highest standards, striving to deliver excellence to our clients.
